Privacy Notice

FRAXU Real Estate Development ("FRAXU"), reachable at admin@fraxu.com, is responsible for processing personal data collected through the MOYRA website.

We collect the following data directly from you and through the technical operation of the website:

• Identification and contact data: full name, email address, and telephone or WhatsApp number.
• Commercial preferences: interest in the Fly & Buy program, requested type of information, and investment plan of interest.
• Technical and attribution data: language, referring page, UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, IP address, verification token, and submission identifier.

Your data is processed only to handle your request and for the following primary purposes:

• Respond to your request and contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Provide financial projections, availability, project details, and information about the Fly & Buy program.
• Schedule and follow up on visits, appointments, and the commercial relationship you requested.
• Attribute the request, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

The site reads referral and campaign parameters included in the page URL to attribute your request. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information, including a verification token and IP address, to distinguish legitimate users from abuse. The site does not currently install its own analytics or advertising cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum

FRAXU uses Kommo to manage contacts and sales opportunities and Cloudflare to validate requests. These providers may process data outside Mexico on FRAXU's behalf. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law. FRAXU does not sell personal data or transfer it for independent marketing purposes.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, revoke your consent, or limit its use or disclosure by emailing admin@fraxu.com. Include your name, proof of identity or representation, a description of your request and the data involved, and a contact method for the response.
